Admissions
Thank you for choosing Takoma Academy and entrusting us with the privilege of partnering with your family in your student’s Christian education! We are grateful to welcome you into the TA family and remain committed to providing a Kingdom-Class educational experience that prepares students for college, career, and the Kingdom of God!
Tuition
The annual tuition for the 2026–2027 school year is $17,321.70 for non-constituent families. A Potomac Conference constituent discount is available upon completion of the financial assistance process and submission of a Church Membership Verification Form. Tuition rates are subject to annual change.
Families may select from several payment options, including a 5% discount for full annual tuition paid at registration or a 2% discount for semester payments. Monthly automatic-payment plans are also available. Invoice payment plans require a deposit and approval from the TA Business Office. All tuition payment plans are managed through FACTS Tuition Management.
Registration
All interested students are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of $125. This fee is waived before December 31st annually, so apply soon!
All students are required to pay a non-refundable Registration/Entrance Fee of $925. This fee supports many of the essential resources and services students receive throughout the school year, including textbooks, technology, yearbook, class dues, required standardized testing (excluding optional SAT/PSAT exams), student accident insurance, and a key lanyard with student ID card.
Please note that the Registration/Entrance Fee does not include graduation expenses, required attire for performing arts or athletic programs, instrument rentals, or other extracurricular activity costs.
The Registration/Entrance Fee is not eligible for discounts or refunds.

Enrollment
1. Complete and submit your online application.
2. Email or fax the Data Specialist mrevollo@ta.edu or call 301-434-4700 if you need help with the following documents:

Three Recommendations
3. Once all documents are received, an interview will be set up between the parents/guardian, student, and administrator. The finance office, if applicable, will see you soon after your admissions interview.
4. You will receive an acceptance status via email. Upon acceptance, the next step is to submit supplemental documents to mrevollo@ta.edu, mail, or walk-in.

1. Log in to Renweb. The district code is TAKOMA.
2. Click: Family Information.
3. Click: Enrollment/Re-Enrollment.
4. Click: Start Enrollment Packet next to your student’s name.
5. Fill out information with an asterisk next to it.
6. Submit Enrollment packet.
