Principal's Message

Greetings, Takoma Academy Family,

 

Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year!

 

As we embrace our theme, "Following Christ Together," I am filled with faith and anticipation for all that God will accomplish in and through our school community for His glory.

 

Since 1904, Takoma Academy has been blessed with a rich legacy of Christian education, academic excellence, and faithful service. Together, we will honor the past while continuing to innovate and prepare our students for their unique and bright paths ahead.  

 

Our vision is to provide every student with a Kingdom-Class Education grounded in these guiding principles:

  • God is our Leader (Psalm 32:8)

  • The Bible is our Textbook (Deuteronomy 6:6–9; 2 Timothy 3:16–17; Psalm 119:105)

  • Life is our Classroom. Learning is lifelong and extends far beyond the walls of our campus. (Psalm 24:1)

  • The Great Commission is our Homework (Matthew 28:19–20)

  • Eternal Life is our Ultimate Graduation (Matthew 25:21)

May God bless us all as we partner together with our students, families, faculty, staff, alumni, churches, and community growing in faith and excellence!
