Spiritual Life

The goal for spiritual life at Takoma Academy is to create spaces where students can encounter Jesus, discover their identity and purpose, and build a community. This will be achieved through:

Chapel & Vespers: Providing opportunities for students to grow in their faith by actively participating in events (worship, AV, preaching, etc.), using their spiritual gifts.

Contemplative Lunch & Empowerment Groups: Offering personal growth opportunities through groups focused on empowerment, community-building, and devotion, especially for men and women.

​

Advisory Circle: A new daily small group program aimed at discipling students, fostering deep relationships, and integrating faith into every aspect of school life (classroom, hallways, lunchroom, etc.), ultimately encouraging students to share their faith with the world.
