Spiritual Life
Spirituality at Takoma Academy is emphasized and expressed in the classroom, chapel, and other spaces at our school. We believe that educating the whole person encourages our students to exchange their spiritual gifts and ideas with their peers and other members of the school community to create an inclusive climate where everyone feels a sense of belonging.
The Living Room
A Space for Conversation
Welcome to The Living Room at Takoma Academy! This is a space where students explore what it means to be connected to Christ. We recognize that students and families are walking through challenges and victories. Chaplain Leah Burgess endeavors to walk alongside students and families in times of celebration and grief. She invites students and families to spend some time in The Living Room (office).
